Comfortable and clean but the room had no towels. Had to go down and request them and the body wash and shampoo containers were filled with same liquid.

I was in town with my family for a ceremony for our father at Alta Vista cemetery. I loved that it was pet friendly and our room did not have carpet. I wished there was some more counter space of sorts but the room was great overall. Depending on your room location though, folks get bothered if you hang out in the social areas outside of the pool and are too loud. Mid-day we had someone complain about the noise because my dog barked at the kids playing in the pool. And as it got into the evening, we had to cut our family time short (before 11 pm - we understand its kind of late but it was a Saturday night too) because we're New Yorkers and are just loud I guess. I still found the location great, close enough to what we needed. The breakfast was kind of terrible outside of the coffee. It should be noted that all of the staff were extremely kind in all encounters.

I was very pleased with this hotel and it's cleanliness and how much effort they recently put into renovating this place. I felt very pleased with quality of room and service for the price. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Edwina was fantastic at the front desk. Greeted us with a warm smile and check-in was pleasant and smooth. Rooms were great. Loved our stay. Bed was comfy. Nice touches in the space. Would definitely stay again.

This place is nice! The customer service was great at check-in, my room is very large with no carpet ( a huge positive for me), and no cheesy pictures on the wall. My king bed is comfortable and soft. There are plenty of towels and even a desk and a non-cloth couch. The lack of fabric adds to the overall clean feel especially being a pet-friendly hotel. The grounds are nice, the pool is clean with various lounging options. My stay exceeded my expectations.

The entire grounds are always clean and well kept. 24 hour assistance at the front desk, with a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase. Breakfast is typical, but it's free and easy. Rooms and housekeeping were great. We stayed starting the New Year for about 10 days while having work done on the house. The pool wasn't open but still clean and full of water as a pretty centerpiece for the hotel with sitting areas outside and around the pool. Plenty of lighting for safety and eye appeal. Individual doors to the outside to cut back on hallway noise, and a cute doormat for each room. Comfortable, clean, safe and secure. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great customer service, clean rooms, great location and a nice little breafast. Marisol and Edwina both went out of thier way to make sure my family, and the 8 other families with us, were well taken care of.
